- 3+ years of overall work experience in systems development.
- Experience in at least one of the programming languages like Python, Java, JS, Go etc.
- Software development experience in building web services, distributed systems, and highly scalable applications.
- Experience in implementing software engineering best practices.
- Good understanding of product development lifecycle.
- Excellent in technical communication with peers and non-technical cohorts.
- Ability to mentor junior engineers & work on features independently with little guidance.
- Rapid prototyping skills for getting product feedback.
- Ability to proactively seek to debug & optimize the codebase.
